Quality Assurance

Specification first. Evidence second.

Quality requirements are defined at RFQ stage and matched to manufacturer capability, test scope and the documentation required for the final shipment.

Dimensional control

Diameter, ovality, strand geometry, lay length, reel length and visual surface condition can be defined as inspection points.

Mechanical testing

Depending on the specification: wire tensile properties, rope breaking force, bend/torsion behavior and application-specific tests.

Coating control

For galvanized products, coating type and order-specific zinc requirements can be documented and verified.

Material verification

Stainless grades such as AISI 304 and AISI 316 can be specified with suitable material documentation or verification requirements.

Traceability

Reel labels, heat/batch references and shipping marks can be coordinated with the final commercial and technical documents.

Standards

Requirements may reference EN 12385, EN 10264 or other application-specific standards. Compliance is confirmed per product and order, not assumed across the whole range.
