Production workflow

From wire to finished reel

The exact route depends on rope type. Typical industrial production includes wire preparation, drawing, stranding, closing, lubrication, inspection and reel packing.

01

Wire preparation

Raw material selection, surface preparation and wire drawing to the required diameter.

02

Stranding

Individual wires are helically formed into strands with controlled lay geometry.

03

Rope closing

Strands are closed around the specified core to create the final rope architecture.

04

Testing & packing

Dimensional, mechanical and documentation checks followed by reel identification and export packing.
